Usage Limit: The content is provided for your personal, non-commercial learning use only. Any unauthorized commercial use or mass distribution of the app’s data is a violation of these terms.

3. Service Availability & Maintenance

Maintenance: The developer reserves the right to temporarily interrupt or suspend services for maintenance, updates, or technical reasons at any time without prior notice.

No Compensation: The developer shall not be liable for any loss or inconvenience caused by such interruptions, and no compensation or indemnity will be provided.

4. Data Storage & Cloud Sync

Not a Permanent Backup: While we provide cloud synchronization features (v6.0+), the developer does not guarantee the permanent storage or 100% safety of your cloud data.

User Responsibility: Users are encouraged to keep their own records of important learning progress. The developer is not responsible for data loss due to server failure, account deletion, or technical errors.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

Educational Reference Only: This application is provided for learning reference purposes only.

Accuracy: While we strive for high quality, we do not guarantee that all translations, pronunciations, or educational content are 100% accurate, complete, or up-to-date.

No Liability: The developer shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect consequences, misunderstandings, or losses arising from the use of or reliance on the information provided within the app.

6. Account Termination

The developer reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to the application or cloud services at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or our business interests.
